Vacations can be so much fun!

On our way to the UofA game we had the chance to leave before the sun rose...what a great adventure for the kids- they had never experienced that! We left in the dark and they got to see the sun come up! For them, it was a blast just to be able to leave in your PJ's and take a pillow, blanket, a stuffed animal, a banana, and butter/jelly toast!





We stopped in the Chile Capital of the World...Hatch! We had a great breakfast at the Pepper Pot. If you've never stopped or never eaten in Hatch, the Pepper Pot is a must!

Kids loved every moment with the Baca kiddos...they couldn't get enough!













Plus, we got to eat at In-n-Out 2 times! Oh my...




















On the return trip, we read every billboard that advertised "The Thing?" The Bacas would not reveal "The Thing" to us, so we had to pay the fee and find out ourselves...should I reveal it?




Cozy jammies and pillows for the way home (and junky trinkets from side souvenior shops i.e. 1st mood ring, a pink pistol!)...the perfect way to end the trip.

...ah what the heck...remember, I'm the one who jumps to the end of a book before I read the beginning...
