"When you traded the best job you ever had for the one you really wanted."
I have been blessed...
To experience the best education and best job I thought I had...
And then to be able to trade it in for this current job...the best!
This was the job I really always wanted...
...and to think, it's tougher that the job I had before NO DOUBT.
"You're right a woman does not chose to leave a job such as yours."
The above was told to me as I was contemplating leaving a career that most women hardly ever reach at my place of employment, especially at the pace I had achieved this accomplishment, and being a Hispanic woman...
However, she proceeds immediately as I'm beginning to take to heart her words and she says,
"But, a mom can leave."
For 16 years, I yearned to be a mom, to have a family...tah dah...here was my profound moment of realizing that it's okay and it has been better than okay!
Trading in the last job was a great decision!
My proof is in my two little daily blessings
and in my wonderful hubby blessing.
God is good indeed.
