Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Day 1 -
Captured Daddy not able to remove his eyes from his son.
I remember him saying, "He's so beautiful."

Day 5110
Captured Daddy hugging and kissing his boy right after he awoke.
What does daddy say now?
"Did you brush your teeth, cuz you you stink."
(Ya gotta love it!)

Fourteen years ago, we were blessed with the most amazing gift.  To hold our precious son for the first time in our arms, changed our world immediately.  "Day 1" seems like yesterday.   Five thousand one hundred and ten days later, as daddy holds him in his arms to greet this special day, it still feels like yesterday.  

A blink...

...and our precious baby is still the most amazing gift.  Despite being a normal teenage boy experiencing life lessons and teaching us to continue to be on our toes as parents, he lights up each room he enters.  God has blessed him with so many gifts and talents.  He inspires us with his gift of contentment and spirit of song in his heart as he rises to greet each morning and settles to greet each evening with simple humming and songs.  

It humbles me to see a father's love, as I'm able to capture Day 1 and Day 5110.  That alone is an amazing gift and represenation of Our Father's love for each of us.

We've always known that God has plans for this special boy.  

Happy Gotcha Day My Pumpkin.  I'll always, "Love you forever, like you for always, as long as I'm living, my baby you'll be."  Mom
