Initially, I'm thinking "pain to the pocket book" when we discovered we needed to install a brand, new septic system...but once the 12 plus loads of dirt/sand/gravel arrived, it was "pure joy" to the little hearts in our home. We had Kings and Queens of the Mountains!
It was a "priceless" pleasure w/lots of sand in our bathtub and lots of dirty clothes!
