Her 1st day of school (Today)!
Her 1st time she and brother go to the same school!
And 1ST grade here she comes!
My sweet baby was beyond excited for all the "firsts" and we couldn't get out the door quick enough. Her class appeared to be very low key and quite calm. During the drive to school Brother gave her all the inside scoop on lunch time! This will be the 1st time she shares a school, so to have both in the same building is exciting not only for them, but for me!
Her class of 20 is a combo-class, so there are 10 1st graders and 10 2nd graders, also referred to "peanut butters" and "jellies." My little girl is a "jelly" and found a peanut butter to mentor her, which was also very exciting. The PB&Js got all the rules explained to them today and even had a tour of the building.
What an exciting time for my baby! Go Get 1st Grade my Baby Girl!
