Had one of those days where ya just can't be in 2 places at one time! Auntie C was able to capture highlights from game #2, that I just couldn't be at! I had to chuckle cuz if you notice little miss princess, she's always being tended to...tie'g her shoes, giving her water, giving her half-time snack (under an umbrella)! But, she found time to pose for the camera, both on and off the field...even brother had an opportunity to pose with our cross country star too!
Only 6 girls showed up so they had to play the entire game...a first for our Red Rockstar - she was pretty sweaty!
Despite the "morning craziness" of running around, we still had an afternoon wedding & b-day party! Still, not able to make 2 places at one time...but the highlight was that my baby girl "got" the bride's bouquet and my son "got" the garter! Somehow, the reception missed tossing both, so my kids were "given" each as we left the reception...all the way up to the wedding, both had hoped they would catch each - little did they know it would be "handed to them!"
So, my boy immediately calls dad to share the news...."Dad, I caught the shin-guard at Gail's wedding!"
And, last but not least....I sure missed having you around all weekend, Daddy...but so glad you were able to enjoy your beautiful surroundings! Mamma missed you the MOST!
