A few weeks ago, my baby girl told me she was so excited for Sept. 1st cuz she was going to surprise me with a DARK chocolate bar and she also said she was so excited cuz I would get to have coffee with my boyfriend! (okay, boyfriend is really my boyfriend of 30 years and hubby of 26 years - she loves to refer to him as my weekend boyfriend who I get to enjoy coffee with! My friends has warned me that I should be careful who she tells this to at church and school! ha ha)...little does she know that our first date was in the month of September, 30 years ago!
I woke to her instructing me where to look for a the hidden chocolate bar and lo' and behold, I FOUND IT! Immediately following the find of the bar, I got to have coffee w/the boyfriend!
Here's the only down side...my baby girl conned me into sharing 2 pieces of my DARK DOVE choclate bar and she like it...now I have to share w/her! She discovered that she now likes Dove Dark Chocolate!!!!
BTW, brother had 2 bars hidden in the piano -- she and Daddy did a GREAT job at the Sept. 1st Surprise!
I am ONE LUCKY MAMA!
