Ice-Cream Cupcakes

Someone needs to remind me why I disliked making these years ago when my son was little...the batter always overflows and goes all over the OVEN! I'll let you tell by the faces if they enjoyed them or not! Brother decided to skip the cone and go for the extra batter I put in cupcake papers! He was wise (after you see Daddy's comment about the cone below).

She had to bake them...but mama got stuck frosting the mess!
