1. "Honey, did you burn the brats?"
2. "Dad, are those the hotdogs we're eating?"
3. "Daddy, did you spray paint them black?"
Daddy did his best to try to convince us they weren't burnt, rather "they're just black." Kids and I stuck to the burgers and ballpark franks...he enjoyed his black brats with green chile!
