My "notes"

My daughter, since she was wee little has always written me notes, which I've been saving in a special tin. The notes are all different and unique and have certainly gotten to a point that you can read and are quite elaborate at times. However, yesterday she got a hold of a writing pad and "pretended" to scribble lots of cursive (which is really unlike her), but she asked me to read it out loud.

So, I proceed to read my scribbled note, which I interpreted to say, "Dear Mom, I love you so much that I'm going to buy you dark chocolate and flowers every day..." And, as I am about to get the next sentence out she QUICKLY interrupts and finishes reading...

"...and I want a new puppy and DS for Christmas."

Oh, my funny baby girl...
