FINALLY! Whew, that was an extra long wait for our baby girl. She had even started writing notes to the tooth fairy asking how she should pull it out. She was advised to wait because the little toothy would come out in its own time and it DID!
Woo Hoo!
We had just finished grocery shopping and as we were unloading car, she screamed, "My tooth came out!" She immediately asked if she was bleeding (very scared), so I told a fib and said, "No." But then big brother quickly replied, "But, mom it is bleeding!" I gave him the look and he quickly said, "Nevermind, it's not bleeding." yikes...we would have had one massive breakdown had she known about the itsy bitsy amount of blood!
She was a trooper...she eventually saw the blood when we got to the bathroom. But, the rinsing did the trick, she found the perfect tooth box and already wrote a note to the T.F.!
She called her Daddy immediately to share the news!
(The excitement in her voice was priceless!)
