Load 'em up!

...to Auntie's they go! They have packed for what appears to be a full week, altho' they are only staying ONE night! Auntie surprised them and picked them up in their new semi-limo!

Buckle 'em up, they are so ready to hit the road!

Bet uncle doesn't think she can back up, but she did a good job!

...and off they went (honking all the way down the road)...

From what I understand they are pretending they are at a hotel, and I'm sure receiving 5 star service!

• The concierge greeted them upon their arrival and took in all their luggage!
• They had a happy hour snack of cheese crackers-n-some kind of cheese stick bites!
• There was horse back riding offered to them (and tractor rides!)!
• A beagle petting and tug-o-war area!
• Cheeseburger dinner with the "works!"

Altho' my poor baby girl will have to complain to the manager - I understand she requested regular french fries, but I guess the hotel ONLY has seasoned french fries, a reason to demand your $ back my baby girl!

What a happy anniversary so far....our kids are having

 a blast, Auntie/Uncle gave us an ice-cream maker,

we had a lovely dinner alone at Pete's Cafe, 

and have the rest of the evening to enjoy

and appreciate our 26th Wedding

Anniversary!  God is Good,

we are truly Blessed!
