Flip Flops and Peaches

Question of the day: What to you get when you combine flip flops, a metal ladder, mushy peaches, fruit beetles, a stick and long toes?

Answer: A bloody ladder, a sliced 3rd toe, 8 stitches, pain meds, a tetnus shot, and antibiotics.

Lesson Learned: Never try to knock down mushy peaches on top of a peach tree with a stick when you're standing on the 2nd rung, thinking you're on the 1st rung, so when you step off, you now are in a position where you have to "pull the ladder out of your 3rd toe!"
