Once everyone arrived, it was time to hand out the new bandanas for the cousins! Since Uncle cried cuz I didn't buy him one, he got to use the baby girl's purple one! Why didn't anyone let Daddy borrow one for the picture?
Remind me again why the kids put up 2 tents? Cuz, they sure didn't sleep in 'em! It appears it may have been for photographic purposes ONLY - seriously, they even posed??

Bike ride, anyone? Hey with all the boys taking turn riding the baby girl's bike, she's never gonna get a chance to ride! You go BOYS! You ride that pretty pink/purple bike with a cute, little girly girl basket!

Day One comes to an end as we host the 1st campfire of the weekend. We had yummy s'mores with real HERSHEY chocolate...yummy! We close in the ritual ABC Travel game...I'm pretty sure we traveled to Alaska...we had the "bananas of the world unite" and "baby shark" performances by the cousins! My kids closed the night with a movie on mama's laptop...The Chronicles of Narnia.
One night down, two to go for my baby girl - her countdown always begins the 1st night!

What a fabulous first day of camping! That spot looked glorious and the boys riding the pink bike ~ made me laugh out loud!! :) That's right, it's a GREAT bike!
