Christmas Day Dinner @ Cousins'

Posole, red chile, tamales, red chile enchiladas, sopapillas, cheese ball/sausage, crackers, spinach/artichoke dip, apple pie, blueberry pie, birthday cake, red velvet cake, ganache truffles, 3-layered pumpkin cheesecake, and biscochitos...plenty to eat! (btw, princess tent was a hit with Uncle & the boy cousins!)
