The kids' plan was to wake up early, jump on our bed, wake us up and we would all go in the den to see if Santa arrived! In the past, they've waked up as early at 4 am, so we were worried....whew, this year it was 7 a.m. - thanks kids!
We did have 2 little set of bodies come jump on our bed! And, we found some special treats left by our tree! The kids had a sweet note waiting for them reminding them, of course, what the real meaning of Christas is. What a great way to start off Jesus' birthday!
So, our baby girl FINALLY has a Nintendo DS with 2 perfectly pink "girly" games (Pinkalicious and Pretty Pony)! And, our boy got some pretty cool Lego sets that he really wanted!
Before heading over to the cousins' for Christmas lunch, we finsihed the birthday cupcake! Every year we make individual cupcakes for Jesus' birthday, but this year we used our GIANT cupcake pan!
